Uniquely Done

I would have named this The Six Elemental Powers, but that's just me. ​

​I do get why the title, but it's not as enticing as something else might be. The book itself was extremely unique.

​A woman, Yuri, who possesses all the powers, the elements, of the earth, and the young man, Hiroki, who is similar to her in that they are both kitsune (fox spirits). It was interesting that this story takes place around those two individuals, who also happen to still be high school students. Their love story is nearly a battle as it is between both human and fox.

There were a few mistakes in the books: i.e. demon's when it shouldn't have an apostrophe, but it didn't affect the flow overall.

​To the author I would say -- I nearly bypassed reading this book because the cover is too juvenile and unappealing. Get it redone by a professional.
