Not a bad book, but......there were some things that really annoyed me when I was reading it.
Weird Writing StyleFirst, the formatting in which the dialogue is part of the paragraphs.
Reminiscent of YargoYargo was a book written decades ago about a woman who gets transported to an alien world and ends up changing their world inadvertently and, yes, there's the love story angle also.
ExceptionalFrom the opening line, I knew this was going to be an interesting read.
Don't know what this isFirst, get the cover re-done, it's as ridiculous as the story.
A Fantasy Worthy Of The NameI had to deduct a star because of the error in mechanics (missing commas mainly) and the misspelled words (i.e. 'savour' instead of 'savior' & 'drew breath' instead of 'draw breath).
Too Little Substance and......too many mistakes. Geez, but this really had the potential to be a cute short fantasy read, but it has far too many issues as it stands now.
Shorter Story Than You ThinkEven though the ebook is only 46 pages, the last 18 pages are a sneak peak at another of the author's works. So, this is really a short story.
Whole 'nother LevelWe are reintroduced to the crew of the Moraturi, after they dropped out of the wormhole, prior to arriving at New Eden in the Andromeda Galaxy. They are faced with several major issues to deal with and figure out as they attempt to continue their journey.
ThrillingMechanically well done, dialogue exceptional, plot believable and tense (in just the right places)...but for me, it was the character development that really shot this one through the roof. When you love and hate (Ramirez) the characters, you know the author has done what it takes to make them feel real.
A Thrilling Sci-FiQuick note to author. Don't know if you're aware but there is no table of contents in the Kindle version (that showed up when I read the book), but there is a "Table of Contents" header.
