"No entertainment is so cheap as reading, nor any pleasure so lasting"

Not a bad read......with a few exceptions. First get an editor. It wasn't badly written, but for the occasional wrong word used, etc.
For example, right off the bat: "And, after all is said and down..." (should be 'done'). Another thing that was a little unpleasant to read was the obvious bitterness spewed on the pages, as if the parents who adopted them from Korea had done something wrong; as if the agency that set that adoption into motion was an evil monster with ill intent. Perhaps that is true, perhaps these twins would have been happier staying in a box in Seoul and not being raised by a Christian family. Would this recounting have been as bitter had the family not had issues? What family doesn't have issues? In fairy tales perhaps. Would this toddler have preferred a Democratic, Liberal family or an Agnostic or Atheist family? No. Why? Because no matter how happy that family may have been more often than not, no matter how hard the parents tried to do their best, this person would have found a reason to be discontented, because it would never have been enough.
