Everything from steak to roasted tomatoes, from buttered clams to hickory-smoked green beans. By the time I'd perused all of the recipes, not only was my mouth watering, but I was ready to fire up the grill and test some of these out. If you love to grill, but your skills or knowledge is limited to the traditional steak and baked potato, or corn on the cob, this book will definitely liven up that backyard BBQ.
