Each section was extremely well-written and researched.
There's no question that the contributors are well educated. At the start of each chapter, we are given a data chart for each condition which includes info such as number of cases and cost impact. Then the chapter is broken down into sections such as what the condition is, what causes it, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, etc..
It was part informational, part dissertation. There was an amazing amount of information per section, so don't expect an easy read. Still, the information is timely and would be an exceptional aid for those wanting to know more than just anecdotal information about heart disease, drug addition, strokes, dementia, etc.
