A Fantasy Worthy Of The Name
I had to deduct a star because of the error in mechanics (missing commas mainly) and the misspelled words (i.e. 'savour' instead of 'savior' & 'drew breath' instead of 'draw breath).
Unfortunately, there are quite a few of these misspelled words, which tells me that the editing was too quick. Had it been gone through carefully, one or two would be forgivable, because it's difficult to catch them all. Correct these and the story would easily be a five-star read.
The writing, though filled with errors, was still brilliant in its vividness. This author can weave a tale that brings to life the story and makes it difficult to put the book down. The characters are well-developed. Vor'rok is a foe worthy of the moniker, and you root for the protagonists readily.
Overall, it's a fantasy that many will love to read--just fix the errors.
