Not A Bad Attempt
To get this out of the way, the author needs an editor to go through to correct the multitude of mistakes which causes the reader to trip over segments.
Reading should be a smooth occurrence, but when commas are missing or misplaced, and words are missing also, it makes the reader scratch their heads and/or have to re-read a section to catch what's being written.
The story itself held a lot of promise. I liked the relationship between Ignatius and Fiametta. The plot was unique and interesting. The dialogue engaging and believable. It really has potential, just clean up the punctuation, etc.
