Interesting title, but the cover needs work
Easy, extremely short read.
All that there is to this is a detective reading a college student's diary. I mean that is literally all there is. We read in this guy's journal about his first day of college, his drug-fueled entertainment, up to a tragedy. In between, we get to read about a detective's thoughts. Then it's over.
By the title "LSD: Lost Student Diaries", I thought this would be a collection of short stories, but it's not. It's one super short story. No getting to know the detective, no getting to know the guy in the diary beyond the words in journal -- no backstory, very little dialogue, very little substance. Fortunately, what substance there was was well written, which is why the three stars.
