Lost Me At Perpetual Bad Breath
I get the concept of the KETO diet, but there are elements that are very unappealing.
The author does a really nice job at explaining how it works and why, but I think I'll just work on eating balanced and exercising to lose/maintain weight loss.
There were quite a few recipes that I think I could enjoy and some I wouldn't touch (I don't like pepperoni or Thai, for instance). Also, this book is for women over 50 (we are not senior citizens at this age :-/ ), but the recipes are for are meant for 1-8 servings. For those women who don't have a lot of family members to make food for, you'll need to do the math to cut the serving size down for just one person. Not very user friendly in that regard.
Overall, not a bad cookbook, but not for me.
