When you immediately encounter spelling errors in the Introduction, there isn't much hope that the author did a thorough job editing the book: reducing one "eating time", instead of reducing one's "eating time", and why did "eating time" need to be in quotes?
And where did the author get the definition for Intermittent Fasting? I would like to know since Intermittent Fasting isn't gorging during eating times, or as the author put it, "uncontrolled feeding". Really? Just because you are restricting your eating during a certain time frame and eating during restricted hours, does NOT mean you can feed uncontrollably. Try it and see how fast this fails and you gain weight. It is exceptionally important that you eat HEALTHY and in moderation--no matter which "diet" you choose to follow. Encouraging "uncontrolled feeding" is irresponsible, at best.
Also, what is b/w? For the uninitiated into IF, using acronyms without explanation causes confusion. It did for me.
Then there are incomplete sentences that made comprehension a little difficult. Example: You're fasting and if you're not fed. Throw in the continual repetitions throughout and you have a poorly assembled work with only partially supported facts that needs editing and re-writing.
Recommended? Unfortunately, no. There are other books on the market with better written, accurately compiled data.
