I really enjoyed this book. There was a lot of valuable information to help change one's thinking toward physical fitness.
I liked the chapter on Yoga; however, as I've never done Yoga, I had to look up each term to know precisely how the positions work.
The Super-powered exercise routines were in-depth and a great path for someone who needs that structure to follow. I don't think that I'll be exercising so hard to need the cold-water therapy because despite the body's need to keep fit, I also know that beating your body up on a regular basis may seem great when you're young, but you'll pay the price for it when you're older and your joints start to inflame. I exercise daily to keep my weight under control, but I do so in moderation while watching my calorie intake. This way my body doesn't rebel.
Overall, a really good book.
