Easy to Digest
What a wonderfully comprehensive guide without being preachy.
It provides helpful insight into what an abusive relationship really is and steps to take to empower yourself against it. It isn't complicated but exceptionally written.
I appreciated the checklists that made it easy to discern a truly abusive relationship. More than anything, however, I loved the section on what ISN'T abusive. Sometimes people mistake anger or yelling as abusive, but, as stated by the author, it isn't. She walks through the warning signs of when it does become abusive. Again, very insightful.
A must read by anyone. Not just those who feel they are in an abusive relationship. Bravo.
