New information on an old subject
The author used terms that I'd never heard before, such as paraverbal signals and proxemics.
This book is 372 pages in length, 31 of those pages are References alone with 21 additional pages in the Appendixes with even more information.
Clear and Succinct
I only wish I knew the author's credentials.
Easy to Digest

When you immediately encounter spelling errors in the Introduction, there isn't much hope that the author did a thorough job editing the book: reducing one "eating time", instead of reducing one's "eating time", and why did "eating time" need to be in quotes?
Each section was extremely well-written and researched.
One of the first things I look for when I borrow or purchase a self-help book, especially of this sort, is the author's credentials.
