When you immediately encounter spelling errors in the Introduction, there isn't much hope that the author did a thorough job editing the book: reducing one "eating time", instead of reducing one's "eating time", and why did "eating time" need to be in quotes?
Each section was extremely well-written and researched.
I appreciated book 1 and loved how book 2 broke down each herb; however, it was book 3 that really captured my attention.
I really enjoyed this book. There was a lot of valuable information to help change one's thinking toward physical fitness.
